Solarplaza Foundation Grant for Event Participation
Solarplaza International BV organizes high-level strategic solar PV events worldwide that focus on knowledge sharing and network building within a business-to-business environment. As our main partner, they make funds, products, and employee time available to the independent Solarplaza Foundation. Through those donations, we - as the Solarplaza Foundation - can provide support in gaining (limited) free access to these impactful events, and personal guidance to ensure the best possible experience at the event. By sponsoring and enhancing event attendance for select eligible social & environmental impact-driven ventures, start-ups, NGOs, or individuals, we aim to fulfill our mission of “accelerating the sustainable energy transition FOR ALL”.
Based on the needs, ambitions, and goals of the applicant, we can tailor the best event experience.
Possibilities
Sponsored event attendance: you get to join the conference, free of charge (travel and accommodation are not included). For a full list of Solarplaza’s upcoming events, please review their calendar on their website.
Event guidance: through a personal prep call and remote mentorship, we help you make the most of your attendance by planning your day(s), pinpointing relevant topics and contacts, and assisting in setting up meetings.
Exposure for your organization: we can explore if enhanced visibility of your organization could be possible, with both online and on-site options.
Conditions
In general, this grant is aimed at small social ventures, start-ups, initiatives, and professionals that work to create social and/or environmental impact.
We ask you to complete an application form with several questions, which will help us gauge the nature of your request and potential needs.
We aim to review and reply to applications within 2 weeks. Please also take this into account with event selection, as events that are too closeby might not be within a feasible scope anymore.
